Primarily, we use personal information for the provision of our services which enables our customers to hire their plant and equipment to users in the construction industries. Not all of the information collected and held by us will be personal information.

Upon making your first rental or upon making your equipment available for rent on the Makinahub platform, we will ask you for certain personal information including your name, contact information, state driver's license number, and other relevant information. When you rent your equipment on the platform we will additionally ask for information regarding your equipment and the necessary financial information to facilitate payment to you and to process any filings required
We will maintain records for a reasonable period concerning your registration with and use of Makinahub, including any correspondence you have with us or other members.
This website uses a technology called cookies (a small element of data that this website may send to your computer) that may be used to provide you with specific information for the purpose of Makinahub tracking site usage and traffic. Makinahub enables equipment owners to offer and rent their equipment to other individuals. If you agree to a rental transaction through Makinahub, we may provide your personal information to the other party in that transaction as reasonably necessary to facilitate the rental. Makinahub may compile aggregate information about how you and others use our services. Aggregate data helps us understand trends and our users' needs so that we can better consider new features or otherwise tailor our marketplace. Makinahub may disclose personal information in the good faith belief that we are lawfully authorized or required to do so, or that doing so is reasonably necessary or appropriate to comply with the law or with legal process or authorities, respond to any claims, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Makinahub, our users, our employees or the public.

Any claims or disputes at law or equity that has arisen or may arise between both Parties relating to MAKINAHUB Terms are to be resolved amicably; whereas in case of failure of Amicable settlement, disputes to be resolved through Mediation or Arbitration noting that the arbitrary award shall be binding on both Parties. Whereashe Seat of Arbitration shall be as determined by MAKINAHUB representatives. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE
The User shall make himself fully acquainted with the Laws, Regulations and Orders of the United Arab Emirates and of any competent/statutory Authority and shall conform in all respects therewith during the continuance of the Agreement. He shall conform similarly with any such Laws, Regulations and Orders, which may come in to force after the Agreement date. Makinahub will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
This Agreement represents the entire understanding and Agreement between the User and MAKINAHUB concerning User's participation in MAKINAHUB Marketplace and supersedes any earlier verbal or written communications between both Parties. The User shall not delegate his legal obligations or transfer any of his rights in whole or in part to any third party without prior written consent of MAKINAHUB.
